How much does delivery cost?
It varies depending on the carrier selected based on your postal code and the delivery timeframe.
To thank you for supporting us, we cover the delivery fees for all orders over 100 dollars in Quebec and Ontario.
We do not deliver outside of Canada at the moment. If you have a special request, the best option is to contact us at 514 750 75 15.
When will my order arrive?
Courier deliveries in Greater Montreal are made within 48 hours of the order. The price applied is the courier’s rate.
For Greater Montreal, our transport partners provide delivery times of 2 to 5 days.
Outside Greater Montreal and in the rest of Canada, the cost will depend on your location and deliveries are made within 3 to 10 days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready to be shipped. The delivery time after that will depend on the carrier and their ability to deliver the order. During peak periods or severe weather conditions, delays may occur.
Can I cancel or change my order time?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you have until the day before at 7:00 AM (Eastern Time) by sending us an email at info@boutiquepointg.com. No cancellations by phone will be accepted.
What is your delivery area?
We are proud to deliver to almost anywhere in Canada.
What happens if I am not there?
Given the perishable nature of our products and in order to preserve their freshness and quality, you must be present on the day of delivery or ensure that someone is available to receive your package. If nobody is present at the delivery address, we will leave the parcel at your door. Point G cannot be held responsible if the box is not collected, and no refund will be issued.
No one will be home to receive my order, what should I do?
Don’t worry, we will leave your order at your door in the safest way possible. Note that you can have your order delivered to your workplace. To receive your order, someone must be on site. Point G cannot be held responsible if the box is not collected, and no refund will be issued.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
We always make sure to deliver exceptional products. If you are not satisfied with your order or your experience with Point G, please contact us on the same day at info@boutiquepointg.com or at 514-750-7515 to share your feedback.
How long do I have to eat my macarons?
We recommend keeping our macarons in the refrigerator and consuming them within 5 to 7 days after delivery. Since they may take 3 to 10 days to arrive, they are still safe to eat even after longer delivery times. They are best served at room temperature. If stored in the refrigerator, let them sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Do the macarons contain nuts?
All Point G macarons are made with almond powder and some contain other nuts. They contain or may contain allergens. Please consult the ingredients page of each product.
Do the macarons contain dairy?
Some of our ganaches contain dairy products. Please consult the ingredients page of each product if you have allergies or intolerances.
Are your products gluten free?
Our macarons are made without ingredients containing gluten. However, we do not have gluten free certification despite rigorous work on traceability. Cross contamination is always possible because we also produce certain items containing gluten. Our macarons are suitable for people with gluten intolerance, but for those with celiac disease, we prefer to be transparent: when in doubt, it is best to avoid them.
