Cannelés

Crispy outside and tender inside, this French pastry from Bordeaux is perfumed with rhum and vanilla. You can enjoy it with a coffee or as a dessert, flambé with rhum and custard cream or soaked in a chocolate fondue.

Milk 3.25% M.F., Sugar, Unbleached untreated wheat flour (wheat flour, amylase, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Egg yolks, Butter, Whole eggs, Rum (rum, cellulose gum), Vanilla paste (sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla pod, vanilla caviar, natural flavour, guar gum, xanthan gum), Almond powder, Salt.
