Almond is the one of the key ingredients to realise a perfect macaroon shell. In this creation, instead of the usual blanched almond powder, we used meal made with raw unpeeled almond to render the quintessence of this tremendous nut. This unique shell protects an elegantly perfumed almond cream heart. A smooth experience for connoisseurs.

Shell: Sugar, Ground almond, Liquid egg white, Corn starch, Water, Dry albumen. Filling: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Cream 35% M.F. (cream, carrageenan), Almond powder, Starch preparation (modified corn starch, vanillin, beta-carotene, riboflavin), Natural almond flavour. Decoration: Compound chocolate (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whey powder, milk protein concentrate, whole milk powder, butteroil, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour).
