The lunar macaron is our way to celebrate this April 8th intergalactic planetary celestial event.
This Unidentified Baked Object gathers a regular almond meringue shell + a chocolate caramel ganache + a smooth marshmallow shell, all protected by a solid moon-shaped chocolate shield... to ease its entrance in the gourmet atmosphere.
This is one doesn't need no special glasses to be observed, but you must be alert... because it won't stay long in your plate.
Ingredients :
Shell: Sugar, Ground almonds, Liquid egg whites, Corn starch, Cocoa powder, Food coloring preparation (water, high fructose corn syrup, glycerin, red allura, sunset yellow FCF, tartrazine, modified corn starch, sugar, brilliant blue FCF, indigotine, erythrosine, carrageenan gum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, citric acid), Dry albumen.
