Kissing me softly
This month, to celebrate Mother's day, we are happy to present our most delicate, divine and suave creation : The Mango Flower macaron. The heart of this jewel is carefully made with mango paste, perfumed with a pinch of vanilla and a drop of rose water. A macaron soft like a mommy's kiss!
Ingredients :
Shell: Sugar, Ground almond, Liquid egg white, Corn starch, Water, Food coloring preparation (water, high fructose corn syrup, glycerin, tartrazine, sugar, modified corn starch, erythrosine, brilliant blue FCF, sunset yellow FCF, carrageenan gum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, citric acid), Dry albumen. Filling: Sugars (mango puree, sugar), Dried apples, Pectin, Rose water (water, rose flavouring), Vanilla paste, (sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla pods, vanilla caviar, natural flavour, guar gum, xanthan gum). Decoration: Compound white chocolate (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder, concentrated whey protein powder, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, natural vanilla flavour).
