The Nougat macaron is a new variation on the almond theme, this time centered on the nougat, in a creation containing an interior made from almond paste.  

Distant cousin of the macaron in its culinary DNA, nougat is made with honey, egg white and almonds. To bring sunshine into the heart of winter, we have favored the aromatic profile of the Spanish version of nougat, turrón, which contains a much higher percentage of almonds in its composition. 

Treat yourself to a little bite of sunshine with the Nougat macaron and its Mediterranean flavors... suave!

Ingredients :

Shell: Sugar, Ground almonds, Liquid egg whites, Corn starch, Water, Beta carotene, Spirulina.  Filling: Almond paste (almond, sugar, water) Honey, Almond powder, Water, Coconut oil, Invert sugar, Cocoa butter.
